Investor Eric Chang awarded Honorary Doctorate from University of Cambridge as Business Ambassador of Cambridge, UK

On 29th January, Mr Zhang Jiahao, Chairman of China Everbright Innovation Investment Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as Everbright Innovation Investment), was invited to lead an investment delegation to visit the United Kingdom, and signed the "Science and Education Industry Strategic Investment Co-operation Framework Agreement" with the "Cambridge Industrial College", which is situated in the Science and Technology Park of the University of Cambridge.

The two sides reached an in-depth cooperation on initiating the establishment of the investment fund of Cambridge Industrial College, the establishment of the science and education industrial park of Cambridge Industrial College, and the introduction of high-tech incubation and the transformation of achievements on the ground. Public information shows that at the invitation of Premier Li Keqiang, British Prime Minister Theresa May paid an official visit to China from 31 January to 2 February. Zhang Jiahao, Chairman of Everbright Innovation Ventures, and his delegation will pay consecutive visits to Minister Wang Yongli, Counsellor of the Education Department of the Chinese Embassy in the United Kingdom, SEALIGHT Capital, a renowned European science and technology financial investment fund, and the British-Chinese Investment Consultants Limited, and inspect a series of well-known urban renewal projects in London. To build an all-round supportive environment for the next step of systematic development.
