According to the Central Party School Press of the Communist Party of China, the fourth volume of the Chinese Entrepreneur Archive, "The 70th National Day Ceremony: A History of 70 Excellent Entrepreneurs," is published and distributed by the Party School Press. Zhang Jiahao, Chairman of the US China Investment Promotion Association, was selected.

It is reported that the 70th Anniversary of the National Day: Historical Records of 70 Outstanding Entrepreneurs was supposed to be published at the end of 19 or the beginning of 20 years, but its value is more precious because of the delay of the COVID-19 epidemic. In the post pandemic era, the recovery and development of the Chinese economy require more entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial spirit. The proposal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on formulating the 14th Five Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Long Range Objectives for 2035 requires "promoting the spirit of entrepreneurship and accelerating the construction of world-class enterprises." In this sense, the publication of this book is timely.

Over the past 70 years, New China has undergone a historic leap from standing up and becoming prosperous to becoming strong, and has now become the world's second largest economy. Among them, the role of entrepreneurs is indispensable.

习近平总书记主持召开中央全面深化改革领导小组第三十四次会议强调，“企业家是经济活动的重要主体，要深度挖掘优秀企业家精神特质和典型案例，弘扬企业家精神，发挥企业家示范作用，造就优秀企业家队伍。”中共中央国务院《关于营造企业家健康成长环境弘扬优秀企业家精神更好发挥企业家作用的意见》指出，“改革开放以来，一大批优秀企业家在市场竞争中迅速成长，一大批具有核心竞争力的企业不断涌现，为积累社会财富、创造就业岗位、促进经济社会发展、增强综合国力力作出了重要贡献。营造企业家健康成长环境，弘扬优秀企业家精神，更好发挥企业家作用，对深化供给侧结构性改革、激发市场活力、实现经济社会持续健康发展具有重要意义。”为此，《意见》提出，“重视培育企业家队伍”，强调“树立优秀企业家典型，大力弘扬企业家精神。”

为了贯彻落实中央精神，在全国上下庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年之际，《中国企业家档案》第四卷推出《国庆70年大典:70位优秀企业家史记》（1949-2019）。

《中国企业家档案》是北京国力基柱企业文化交流中心编辑出版的大型系列书系，自2008年起，已相继出版《中国企业家档案(1978-2008)》、《中国企业家百年档案(1912-2012)》和《中国企业家档案(2013- 2016)》，被誉为中国企业家的“史记”。中国企业家档案第4卷《国庆70年大典:70位优秀企业家史记》（1949-2019）在前三卷基础上，根据新时代新要求，整合全国企业家资源，遴选70位有代表性的优秀企业家入选，载入史册，激励后人。
