On October 24, 2019, at the invitation of the Jingshan Municipal Government, Dr. Zhang Jiahao, a renowned investor and chairman of the US China Investment Promotion Association, led an entrepreneur inspection team to Jingshan City for a two-day investment inspection. On the 24th, the inspection team visited the Agricultural Machinery Industrial Park in Jingshan City and experienced the innovative industrial development path of Jingshan's transition from "manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing". The inspection team also visited the Jingshan Hot Spring New Area for in-depth investigation, experiencing the development pattern of the tourism industry in Jingshan with themes of landscape leisure, sports leisure, and health leisure.

He said that since Jingshan was abolished as a county and established as a city in 2018, urban management authority will increase, and the development of the urban area will usher in new opportunities. Under the concept of industry city integration, the urban area will be built into an industrial new city that is livable, suitable for business, and suitable for tourism. On the 25th, the US China Investment Promotion Association visited Jingshan for inspection and negotiation, chaired by Vice Mayor Yi Hongmei of the municipal government.
