The reporter learned at the press conference of the "US China Summit Forum" held in Los Angeles on November 21 that the US China Times has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the US China Investment Promotion Association and the American Chinese Experts Association to jointly hold the first Global Summit Forum in 2019, and actively promote friendly exchanges and cooperation between the United States and China.

It is reported that Sino US Times was founded in Los Angeles, USA in 1994 and underwent a brand new redesign in 2014. The new version of the US China Times includes three media formats: the mobile version of the US China Times, the website version of the US China Times (WWW. SinoUS times), and the newspaper version of the US China Times. This newspaper is the first Chinese language media in the United States and China, mainly targeting American and Chinese entrepreneurs and enterprises. It mainly reports on financial news from the United States and China, and provides information and intellectual services for economic and trade exchanges and business development between the two countries.

The America China Investment Promotion Association (ACIP) is a non-profit legal entity primarily established in the United States and Europe, jointly initiated by elites from various countries in the fields of finance, technology, education, culture, trade, etc., and approved by the US government. It was officially registered and established in January 2018, headquartered in Los Angeles, and has regional branches in various states of the United States such as New York, Washington, Seattle, as well as European countries such as the United Kingdom, France, and Italy. It is a shared innovation and development platform that gathers top talents, strong capital, and advantageous projects from around the world.

The American Chinese Experts Association (ACEA) was officially registered and established on July 12, 2015 in Los Angeles, USA. The Expert Meeting is a civil society organization composed of overseas Chinese experts, professors, and scholars. Members come from all over the world, with branches at home and abroad including Los Angeles, Beijing, Anhui, Hangzhou, New York, Houston, Australia, Germany, and more. At present, there are about 1500 members, including over 580 professors, doctors, PhDs, and postdoctoral fellows, over 30 lawyers, over 800 master's degree holders, over 400 entrepreneurs, and over 120 government officials.

At the signing ceremony, Li Yongtian, President of the US China Times, Zhang Jiahao of the US China Investment Promotion Association, and Wang Ximeng, President of the Chinese American Expert Association, signed the strategic cooperation agreement and took a group photo as a souvenir. The representatives of the three parties stated that they will integrate global high-end resources based on the principles of resource sharing, complementary advantages, and win-win cooperation, and build the Global Summit Forum into a platform for global leaders to exchange and cooperate, contributing to the development of the US, China, and the world economy.
